Monday through Sunday, we deliver to the following cities: Aurora, Vaughan, Thornhill, Maple, Richmond Hill, Markham, Concord, Woodbridge, King City, and Toronto.

 Same-day delivery within the Greater Toronto Area is available.

 We deliver seven days a week.

 On weekends and holidays, we deliver in the local area only.

 Please call or contact us to confirm your delivery before placing an order online on Sundays and holidays.

 All orders must be placed and received before 11:30 a.m. local time for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. will be delivered on a best-efforts basis, with some orders carried over to the next day depending on circumstances.

 For website orders, please fill in the information listed below in full. The delivery address must be a residential address or the recipient’s place of employment.

 For delivery to a business or workplace, please do not forget to include:

 1. Business name

 2. Unit number

 3. Business number in addition to the recipient’s phone number

 If any of the listed information is missing, Classy Flowers reserves the right to cancel and refund your order.

 Classy Flowers further reserves the right to cancel an order if we feel unable to fulfill it according to our standards.

 For incorrect order information, an additional delivery charge will be applied.

 A re-delivery fee will apply for attempted delivery to incorrect addresses. Please ensure you have the correct recipient information before placing your order.

 If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the flowers, an additional re-delivery fee will apply.

 Deliveries to residential addresses will be made at any time between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

 Deliveries to commercial addresses will be made at any time between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

 Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
