We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that all flowers are fresh and in excellent condition at the time they leave our studio. If your flowers arrive wilted, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases, we may offer a replacement arrangement or store credit, at our discretion, upon receiving clear photo documentation of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Flowers

If your flowers arrive damaged (for example, broken stems or crushed petals), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Delivery Issues

If you experience a delivery issue, such as a late or missed delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.

Please note that refunds cannot be provided for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic delays, or logistical issues.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are not accepted. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review your concern and work toward a fair resolution.
