Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee that all flowers are fresh and of the highest quality when they leave our shop. If your flowers arrive wilted, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either replace the arrangement or offer store credit upon receiving photo evidence of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Flowers
In the unlikely event that your flowers arrive damaged (e.g., broken stems, crushed petals), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged flowers, and we will arrange for a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with the delivery, such as a late or missed delivery, please contact us directly. We will work with the delivery service to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or logistical errors.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if the flowers are not to your satisfaction (e.g., quality issues), please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
